I have been pondering for some time now whether to invest in this product which would come in handy for small repairs to plastics which I sometimes undertake in my work.
Now I ain't gullible......:wonder:but the presentation of this item makes it come across as a miracle product and the best glue on the market.
I have had a look at the reviews on IW's website and these are 50/50 with some people saying that it is brilliant whilst others say it is rubbish and doesn't bond anything.
Are there any forum members who have bought this item, and if so what is your verdict on the product?
Thanks Peeps........

Don't have any experience with Fixal but I was pondering on getting some Pinflair Gel Glue to do some similar things.
Martyn Parker fixed his shower with it, it seems it's multipurpose but sold on C & C.

Pinflair is basically Silicone glue without the smell so if you can fix it with silicone - like in a bathroom then it would be fine for you to use.

You can get the same glue under different names , i pay £1 for mine in Boyes , BlueSpot is the brand but its the same glue

Loads on Ebay too make sure it contains cyanoacrylate and will be the same stuff

http://www.fixsal.com/glue.html

its definitely a rip off on IW and wouldn't get it from there, poundshops also sell it

Just having cyanoacrylate doesn't make it the same product. Cyanoacrylate is the main ingredient in any superglue - Fixsal would probably have a more concentrated formula than a normal super glue hence the dearer price

Yes possible, but the stuff i get and what's on Ebay is industrial strength, even comes in a very similar bottle works the same too
