Thank goodness I only weigh at the end of each month, but even then I don't think I'll have much of a loss for February. This is the damage report.

Friday: Indian taken from ASDA. It had the lot... and I mean the lot.

Saturday: Sausage eggs and chips (chips done it the actifry and sausages grilled, but the eggs were fried)

Sunday brunch: Bacon omelette ( 2 eggs)

On the up side, is that I've got it out of my system now! I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend and I'm ready for the straight and narrow, but what a thing to do.

I think we ALL have weekends like this and as long as we are back on the straight and narrow on Monday then no long term harm is done.
It is not realistic to expect never to eat the things you love again but once in a while they won't do us any harm.
Says she who has just eaten a M&S Chinese and 10 after eight mints !!
I weigh on a Monday morning so am dreading getting on to the scales.
