Been in contact with t j c since Friday web was down until Saturday lunchtime wanted to order a heart pendant online as they had a 10% discount £99.95 on live auction £99.95 on video showing item but to order item buy now £119 .Did not want to listen at first told me if Ihad bought it from missed auctions the discount would not have validated.Have in the end given me pendant for £99.95 plus discount .I am so angry told them they could not have 2 different prices yes they can they tell me .Iwill be taking advice from trading standards.Bought another item online put in 10% discount code which has not come of total what the hell is going on with this company .Blood pressure up steam coming out of my ears :devil:

Was the item you didn't get the 10% on a TV auction because looking at their T&C for the discount it only applies to the fixed price catalogue & new arrivals ?
