At the moment I seem to have more than my fair share of returns to QVC due to faulty products. 2 recent returns have not yet shown on my account and am concerned. A fair amount of money involved. On ringing customer services I was told I would have to wait at least 3 weeks before they could even consider starting a trace for the items. That is crazy, they said it was to give their warehouse time to book them in:mad:

My biggest return is the Dell Laptop and that has taken 6 weeks to sort!
 
As long as you have proof of sending it back, then you'll be fine.
Did you post it at the Post office, or was it collected?
Either way, you'll have been given proof of posting.

I ahve proof of posting as they arranged collection and have receipts for collection. But even with that I still have to wait at least 3 weeks, At the moment its a fair amount of money involved and I need to get the items replaced.

In short term I have to pay for the items twice to hopefully get one that works!
