Where have all the Liz Earle products gone from the QVCUK website. Typed in Liz Earle and only 13 Kits came up usually their are about 4 pages of them.

I just bought some for my grandmother she loves the Liz Earle collection... I've had to start looking at other places to buy them though. I'd have thought they were selling well enough to keep up the collection.

Isn't copy & paste just wunnerfy!

I've been buying mine direct for ages as it's often cheaper because you can order different items and it's only one P+P for the whole order.
I also buy things from John Lewis or the shop at Sloane Square.

Me too - much better to buy direct. Apart from saving on the multiple P&P cost you receive a free travel size gift with every order and, although it isn't advertised, there is a sort of loyalty scheme.

Every so often they send a full size product as "a thank you" and there are lots of special offers e-mailed to you. The service is excellent, staff are helpful and really know their stuff.

Not sure how true it is but I was told that they welcome suggestions for possible products which is how the shampoo came to be developed.

Probably helped along by the Avon influence, and then after the make up

Probably yet another gremlin with the new website!!!

On Facebook, people get so excited when the old style comes back for them. I never had the new one and to be honest very glad, it sounds a total nightmare. QVC US managed to change their site without too many problems, apart from people not liking the layout. Wonder why QVC UK can't seem to manage. Wonder how many of them it takes to change a light bulb?

This week, I have started using Liz Earle C & P again after trying some of the look-a-like ones for a few months. My skin looks alive again and now I realise why I love it. I won't be swayed by imitations again - I know it costs more, but its worth it I think.

The only advantage in me buying LE from QVC is if they have some on easy pay. Apart from that, I buy direct from Liz Earle. Its a no brainer for me buying from the ROI, only one P & P charge no matter how many items you order. Also I love to get the little freebie. I ordered some things on Wednesday. About an hour later, I received an email to tell me that the order had been despatched. I guarantee it will arrive on Monday. QVC might have taken a day or more to actually despatch it and then it takes their parcels so much longer to get over here. They need to wake up and smell the coffee.

How is it all the girls who represent Liz Earl either look like her, Caroline and the one on today, and they
all seem to talk calmly and softly like her. Wonder if it helps them getting the jobs (joke)

That Caroline one gets on my wick a bit. Her voice grates on me. I agree they seem to resemble Queen Liz, apart from the botanist, who is scary!!

I wouldn't joke about it Barbs, you've probably hit the nail right on the head there!! ;)

There is something very weird about Liz Earle. She comes across all glowing earth mother, but I reckon she's out to conquer the world with her glowing skinned, fair haired clones...sound familiar?! Muhahah!! :p

From mobile, please excuse any silly errors!! :)

I'm sure it's deliberate that the Liz Earle women are of a type that suit the products' wholesome nature inspired image. Can't imagine it being fronted by some raven haired exotic beauty somehow.

I agree that Liz Earle stuff is best ordered direct for the same reasons as mentioned by previous posters. I also have to praise LE for great customer care as well: I am based abroad temporarily, so usually make a big order once a year and buy in bulk (saves on the postage, as it's capped). Recently my order was late . Eventually a parcel turned up with 3 free bags (they came as a free offer for multi buying) and a free mini sample. No sign of my order though, which was over £200 in total. So I emailed LE customer care and explained what had happened. They got back to me to say they've sent two separate parcels and it appears I've only received the parcel with the free bags. They suggested I check with my local sorting office about the missing parcel (which I did, but unfortunately without any success) and they immediately offered to send me a full replacement order, this time with a tracking number - at no cost to me! Well, all I can say is - they've won a loyal customer for life.

Have shopped direct with Liz Earle for several years and have never had a problem. Their website is very good and delivery prompt. I only ever pay for standard delivery (5-7 days and £3) but always receive my order within a couple of days, sometimes even the next day. Always receive a complimentary "mini" but have also been sent full sizes and kits as a thank you. Excellent service.

I tend to stock up 3-4 times a year so my parcels can be quite large/heavy. Dread to think how much I would pay in p&p if I ordered the same amount from QVC using several item numbers and therefore incurring numerous p&p charges.

Did I say Monday?? Yes, my parcel just arrived. If I had ordered from QVC it probably would not have arrived until Thursday (going by past experiences). Also the P & P would have been at least double the price. I received a mini size of the hand repair which is my favourite handcream, but can't really afford to buy regularly. So I am a happy bunny today.
