Has anyone else had problems with the last Emma Hardie tsv?

I purchased two of the last Emma Hardie tsv's as I was so impressed with the previous one.
I love the products and they are amazing value.
My problem is with the AM/PM cream. I used the first one a few times and then the pump stopped working. I've tried putting the container upside down, on it's side and nothing is working. I've just opened my other one and it's exactly the same!
I've phoned QVC and they said I could return both kits for a full refund. I don't want to do that as they are great products - I just wish I could get the cream out of the container lol.
Has anyone else had problems with their AM/PM cream?

Touch wood mine is fine, sorry.

I use the eye serum and this happens to me. I pump and pump and pump and nothing comes out. If you hit the bottom a good thump on a hard surface it usually works. Give it a good few pumps after doing this and it should start dispensing again.
