I was just wondering how you girls and boys who
bought one are getting on with it.
How many inches have you lost, are you still using
it, and was it a good buy ?.
I ordered one on TSV day but chickened out and
stopped the order.

I'm sorry to say but stuff like this does NOT help you lose weight, at all. Ever.
Healthy eating and just talking a walk after work or during your day is the easiest thing.
It's such a waste of money.
