I wouldn't buy the first set as the propelling-type of pencils I've had from other Mally sets have been prone to faults: lead that have snapped or that won't wind up or down. The "proper" pencils in the second set are better. Mind you I have more eye liners than I'll ever get through in my lifetime so I'll pass on both sets.

Funny that at the moment the details refer to a L'occitane product for the first set!
