Not had any major problems with them , however I don't order much anymore as you can find most things cheaper elsewhere and with free p&p. So im not exactly a happy customer
 
Only once have I really been really hacked off.So that is not too bad in about 12 years
 
I buy so rarely from them nowadays that I'm more of an 'unimpressed with the products' customer, than a happy one. :wink:
 
I am not impressed with the delivery of the LG TSV. I had a run of lots of returns which all points to me not being satisfied with Q. However I have been happy with the last 2 products I bought from Q.

I should add that I meant the variety of products, rather than the quality. It's all getting very 'samey' with repeated laptop, camera, beauty products, steam cleaners etc.
