Its a no from me , don't want small sizes and by including them it means the price will be well over £40

At least I know that I will use everything in this TSV and the small sizes are enough for weekends away, so might be tempted with this one , depending on the price and after checking the offers on the LE website nearer the time.

I've stocked up recently from other offers on the LE website so it's a no from me. Just once I wish they'd do a rip-roaring C&P offer as a TSV without any padding, I'd buy at least half a dozen if the price tempted!

It looks more like a summer holiday collection. Full sizes for at home and the small sizes to take away with you.

Yes, but you know what? My summer holidays are over (took the small haircare sizes from the last TSV with me).... Meaning that this TSV is not for me, still stocked enough of everything (by the way, why is the Cleanse & Polish always in a 200ml tube these days and not in a pump?).

Is this the last Liz Earle TSV for this year?

I think so, they seem to have them at the same time of year and I am sure this is their fourth one of the year, I don't they usually do one any nearer to Xmas than October time, shame they rarely include a nice bag in with a Tsv, no doubt we will get told countless times about "gifting" the smaller items and keeping the bigger sizes for yourself!

Well, I would keep everything for myself. But I am not going to buy this time, more gifting possibilities for other people. :-D

Gifting for Teachers , milkman , bin man , lollypop lady , chimney sweep........................:witchbroom:

I would use everything in this set and like the combination of sizes. The smaller sizes aren't that small - on a two week holiday that's the sizes I take and never get more than half way through them. The sets I'm not keen on are the ones with line, serum, intensive nourishing mask and brightening treatment as I never use them.

In terms of packaging costs the pumps will cost more than the big tubes to produce.

Really? I thought that the 200ml tubes should tempt the people to use more product....which in my case is right, I always end up using more from a tube than from the pump.

It's still some time until the TSV, may be I change my mind. ;-)

I think that's also true Ani, they always bang on about the generous 200ml tubes, quoting the famous AY "ml for ml value". All of which is adds to the perceived value of the TSV collections. A simple tube is cheaper to manufacture than 2 of the LE pumps (have you ever tried to dismantle one to check it's empty? rigid plastic casing spring-loads mechanism and bag of C&P inside, it's a feat of engineering by comparison).

There's probably more waste with the tubes, as you say, particularly if you don't cut off the top to scoop out the last few applications.

I wish they'd leave out the Skin Repair from an occasional TSV - it stinks on me and I can't wear it, the superskin is nearly as bad! OK they sell on ebay but their inclusion immediately reduces the value to me of any set I might buy.

Well, I am rethinking my previous posting, maybe I'll be getting this set after all. I guess the price will be around £45, as nearly always.

Does anyone know if that is the last TSV before Christmas? I sent an email to LE but they didn't know anything about it.

Do you think it is worth ruining my knives etc. just to get a look into the pump? :giggle: Some time ago I heard Caroline Archer say that there is always a pump left, although one thinks there isn't, and all there is to do is to leave it for 24h, then try again. and you know what? She is right, there IS always an additional "last" pump!

I always cut off tubes to make sure they are really emtpy and occasionally I am surprised at how much there is still left inside. The same goes for the LE tubes.

I always cut tubes with scissor. You can get up to an extra 3 or 4 worth in them. I would say a small hacksaw would work better on the pump.

Local DIY store, "Yes looking for your smallest hacksaw. I want to saw the top of a plastic pump of Liz Earle".
