Return's to Q.V.C

Hi, iam new to this so please bear with me.Had letter from Q.V.C saying i'm returning to much stuff to them .Thought it was unconditional guarantee !!!.I'm concerned, has i'm unable to get out and, about they say they will close my account if it carries on.Are other's having the same problem too?.
