Those of you reading who have been on the forum a while will know that the last three times I've bought Dennis Basso items, they've arrived in shocking condition. Either someone else's returns or damaged and missing packaging. I actually swore I'd never buy another garment from QVC. Well, that was until I saw DB's last TSV, which I liked the look of as soon as it appeared on air. I thought about it for a few seconds and took the the plunge and ordered.
It has arrived.
And I have to laugh. This time, there is a sticker and a card inside the box that states that my parcel was randomly selected by QC for checking that it met QVC's strict quality standards. Can I trust this is really random or is there a note on my account that flashes up some alarm when I place orders now? WARNING : THE SUSSEX WITCH HAS BOUGHT ANOTHER COAT!!
And, for the record, the coat is fabulous. It arrived properly presented, looks great, feels wonderful and fits a treat. This one is a keeper at last!
