I think she's not the brightest and best but what you see is what you get with her, and she might be okay to chat to. She just comes out with some silly statements which make her an irritating salesperson.

I think that JF is a good example of someone who if they kept their mouth shut might be thought a fool, but by opening it she removes all doubt. And I say that as someone who has grown to quite like her but her ignorance is hard to ignore.
