As I buy and sell stuff on ebay I'm always intrigued to read sellers "quirky" Ts&Cs but I spotted this seller yesterday and couldn't believe how long and repetitive his conditions were. Reading on I learnt that there's a rather sad tale behind his sales involving selling off the QVC purchases of his elderly aunt who'd had a compulsive shopping spree and fallen into debt. I was originally planning to post this on the QVC forum but decided to put it here as I didn't want to appear to be mocking this situation on a public forum. Who knows, once I'm in my 80s I might end up like this! Sad story aside I though it might serve as a lesson in how not to write one's Terms & Conditions: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LULUS-TIM...Health_Beauty_Skincare_PP&hash=item338eb68938 most of his listings are along these lines, some are longer where he's copied and pasted reviews from the QVC website as well.

I wonder how many similarly vulnerable customers QVC has? More than they care to admit to I suspect.
