I agree, I've just never taken to that Lee from qvc. He could well be a nice man in real life, I just think he lacks the humility needed to convince me to buy something for £800

That is exactly how I feel. I was terrified before my first general anaesthetic... then had to have another one within 6 months! I had my third a couple of weeks ago, but each time it was a medical necessity. It did become less scary each time, but doesn't change my personal standpoint - I don't think I would ever consider having cosmetic surgery.

Oh May, you have suffered! I hope you are well now. I was more relieved when I actually had my op, it was delayed by four days. By the time I went down to theatre my nerves had lessened. I don't actually remember being knocked out. They gave me something to relax me and said it would make me feel like I had had a couple of drinks and the next thing I knew I was being told it was all over!

However I would be very wary of cosmetic surgery. I am positive my face and body would benefit from it but |I will stick to plenty of make up and control underwear! It has worked so far!
 
I wonder if anyone here knew that Ideal’s Shaun Crawley is the ‘King of the Mattresses’.

I was completely in the dark myself until Shaun revealed his true status on yesterday’s mattress show. Whist he may not be listed in Who’s Who or Debrett's, he does get an entry in a highly specialist publication called Debeds (okay, I made that bit up...just like Shaun did with his title :wink:).

Dr BB is trying his bestest ever ever ever to try and sell a sleep genie mattress, Now I hear y'all ask what does this have to do with the BB being a doctor?:angel:

Well I have been watching this sleep genie mattress hour and if anyone has any sleep problems well worry no more as according to the BB this mattress will solve all probs overnight for all of mankind....literally.

Seriously though come on, people throughout the world have studied sleep patterns, problems etc etc etc for many a year, but we are hearing tales here of how all the woes will be washed away and not a mention in sight of "this is all my own experience and opinion blah blah" just firing out random statements that it would be impossible to prove, must be great to be able to do this and know you dont have to show a fact or stat.

The compost on garden show was interesting normally £9.99+£4.99 birthday price no p@p hoorah hang on compost price £12.99 so still paying for postage then, saving £2 better than nothing i suppose
