Can anyone offer some advice please. Last week I ordered and received a pair of sunglasses from Groupon but they are nothing like the style I chose from the drop-down menu. I have tried about 20/30 times since last Thursday to go through their online returns system to download a prepaid label but every single time I get the message "Ooops, something bad happened, etc." so I can't proceed any further. I have emailed numerous times without success and there is never anyone available through the 'chat' system! Please excuse me but they really are an a******e of a company!!!

There is no address or phone number on the enclosed invoice so any suggestions?
