Elemis Super Serum

Does anyone know what the differences are between the "regular" Super Serum and the newer Super Serum Elixir? The regular version isn't on Elemis' website which makes me think the new Elixir has replaced it, but the old one is still on sale in lots of places. No one has ever explained the relationship between the two.

Probably no difference just a marketing ploy to boost sales. Imo.

The original is probably a slow seller - serums are so 2015. Elixir sounds so much more exotic, 'new generation'.
