Who's designing and manufacturing this range I wonder. Back to the pick'n'mix warehouse perhaps ?

Well, I suppose its one up on her colleague Lorraine Kelly, - her 'range' is on the tele as opposed to a club book.

I'm still staggered that these big corporations assume that their viewing audience are such numpties that we haven't got a brain, and will want to be guided in our styling by someone off the tele ! Then I have a request, please can we see Ms Langsford strung up in Yong Kim clothing :mysmilie_17:

I agree Lemon, who has a hairstyle like hers ?, and as for the 'safe' wrap dress style she lives in - nuff said.

I second the request to see RL dressed in Yong Kim but I can't see her (or anyone else) wanting to look like Ingrid Tarrant
Is this another version of the Celeb. culture that most (not me!) subscribe to these days? Names are put to ranges they know nothing about, Amanda Holden Homeware?--I am sure they just put a 'I like' tick against items.Someone has spent hours/days/ months preparing this stuff probably after years of studying design/manufacturing/ marketing.Of course 'the names' are very involved in all aspects of the design!--BUT try liaising with a factory in the far flung corners of the world to get your samples & production.Perhaps they are all going for an award for their contribution to the Fashion Industry?

Someone asked on Q`s facebook page sometime last week where her jeans were made ? Of course the answer was China.

Recently I've seen posts from Ruth with people asking where her outfits are from and frequently she says 'Zara' or some other High Street chain store! Just saying :mysmilie_47:

Ruth may love "shop ping!" but I bet you what ever you like she'd never buy any of that crap she's put her name to.

For those of us who do sew and make/design our own clothes I find celebrity clothing lines a complete insult. Stick Ruth in front of a sewing machine, can she whip up any of these items?

I agree SF.

Today I was watching Michelle Mone(y) drone on about some sun tan product, - clearly she's a scientist/chemist alongside her credentials as a jewellery designer. Doesn't it make you weep. Who takes these people seriously ? From Victoria Beckham down, these 'brand ambassadors' and faux 'designers' are leeching off the backs of those who have spent years qualifying in their chosen design field, but get paid disgusting amounts of money just to 'front' the brand. How Mrs Beckham warranted her OBE for services to fashion left many open mouthed in amazement, unless I missed the chapter where she learned all her tailoring and designer skills at night college.
