Life is for living and IMO moderation is the name of the game. If I fancy a cream cake I`ll have one, if I want a glass of wine I`ll have one etc. We all have a limited time on Earth and even those people who follow a "clean" life to the extreme can succumb to illness and death just like the rest of us. Nowadays it isn`t just physical illness which can take its toll, it`s mental illness too. True a lot of people create a lot of their own stress by spending too much,living beyond their means or wanting to keep up with the Jones but I do feel the work/life balance is hard for almost everybody these days and a sad sign of the times.
