Another big boo-boo

THREE of them (including RJ) presenting a pair of secateurs, and NONE of them know the price!

They do look great though (the secateurs, that is).

What a blooming disaster (no pun intended there)! So they don't know if you get two 2-in-1 secateurs or just one - sounds like the fiasco with the Bobbi Brown concealer "duo" they had a few months ago, where everyone was told during the presentation that they would get two and a brush, but then QVC decided "a duo" meant one concealer and one brush, so everyone was unhappy to receive that.

Interesting that it's the brand guy, Joe, who insists you get two pairs of secateurs - RJ points out at 3:54 on the video that as Joe sold them in to QVC, he should know, and indeed Joe confirms they were sold in to QVC as a set of two pairs. Presumably, then, the price they offered QVC wholesale was for two but oh yes, QVC, always looking to rip us all off, spotted a chance to double their profits and decided we'd only get the one pair!
