Ideal have been busy sourcing yet another Drone deal for the Christmas market.

This time it's the Xtreme Drone at a mere £119.99 + £5.99.

Hold on a minute. On seeing this wonderful deal, I realised this looks vey much like the Drone which I bought from TomTop online a few weeks. On looking again, and checking the specs, it appears that the only difference is the name and livery.

This is a nice Toy grade Drone for the price from TomTop, but Ideal's £125.98 is a sheer rip off. No doubt when it gets on screen it will be at half their normal price to make appear cheap.

Can't wait to see it demonstrated by Mire.

How to make money.

First you buy a load of toy drones which can be bought retail for under £30. You then advertise them on your web site for £119.99 for a couple of weeks. Next step, you put them on your TV channel for a cut price of only £69.99. Then you call it a professional drone, and compare it to a drone costing £1,000. It helps if you have someone named Richard Mire who claims that the drone has been specially built for you with all of the features he specified. Add to this a Goon named Peter Simon who tells you "you gotta buy it" and "I've never seen anything like it". You are then laughing all the way to the Bank.

The reality of course is, this is a toy drone. The only difference is the pattern on the top of it, and the box it comes in. The remote control and the battery are identical. Spare batteries are also available much cheaper than those being offered on TV. But this is business, so why let the truth stop you making a quick killing?

What a pair of tossers!!!!!!!

Spare batteries. 3 for under £8. Not £14 each.

My Dad retired 5 years ago, and flys Drones and Helicopters as a hobbie, he always picks up on how unsafe it is, the way Richard, flys the Drones so close to everything in the studio, you only need something to go wrong, does the Drone code, say you can fry it like they do.

Him and the toys bundles also get on my nerves, do people really believe you get all those toys for free, they are probably cheap to make. Those Magic Pens, he makes out like they are something new to the market, I had a full set of them when I was a kid in the 80s.

Yeah the toy bundles are all cheap tat. He showed a small UFO thing as part of it, claiming it was £25 everywhere else. Quick look on Amazon showed it was less than a tenner.
