Hermes dispute

I suppose 24 hour shopping creates more jobs for single people who don't need family time, and the ability for people who work night shifts to shop on their way home. I know I'm going to be controversial here and this comment won't be liked, but at my old address, the Hermes courier just used to throw my items over my back garden and leave them out in the rain, why wasn't you in to receive them then?! I hear you cry, the answer is, I was. If the courier didn't want the job he could've left, don't let the customer who has bought in good faith pay because your employer is crap, as much as I sympathise, it's not our fault, and that's from someone who's had some really bad employers over the years
