Has anyone seen any Pilatesshows lately? Have I missed them? Haven't heard Duchess Julia bang on about it either .

I bought an Aero Pilates a few years back. Its folded up in my spare bedroom and never sees the light of day. Its probably ok for the likes of Julia who has a gym but when you have to fold it up each time the novelty wears off.

That's exactly why I always resisted. I'm much more inclined to make the effort to head out to the gym than to go through that rigmarole every time I want to exercise.

Gosh it's been a while since I saw that scrawny bag 0' bones swishing her bunioned feet through the air for all she's worth!

I was tempted to get one of those machines however I really don't have the room.
