Auto Delivery

Phoned Q to cancell an auto delivery ....
Elemis 4pc collagen set due every 60 days.. next despatch due 17th January 2018
Shocked to discover that monies £59.98 already taken from my account on 28th December ... despatch 20 days early!!
I'm fuming!!! DISGRACE!!

Luckily I had monies in my account but had to put money into my account to cover direct debits due over next few ( holiday days)

Once I calm down I will be writing an email demanding explanation,( funnily enough no despatch email but told despatched). Also uplift of goods & immediate refund!
I'm not letting this one go!

WOW!!!!! I actually thought you were going to say they had a delay(normal for QVC) or cancelled your AD(again normal for QVC), but to take the money so early!!!!!

I know reading the QVC Facebook the other month someone said they had taken the money for their AD and it wasn't even in stock but held up!
