General care:

Conductive Gel Pads should be returned to the board after each use to prolong the tackiness
Ensure skin is free from oils before applying the gel pads
Do not place close to excessive heat


Pad after-care:

You may extend the life of the pads by briefly wetting the orange adhesive side in cold running water and allowing them to air dry (do not apply heat)
Over saturation with water will reduce the adhesive properties of the pad
Alternatively apply to slightly damp skin and allow one minute for the adhesive to anchor to the skin before turning on
Do not continue using a pad once the adhesive no longer sticks or the pad has become damaged


Seek medical advice before using if:

You have a history of heart disease or a cardiac condition
You have an orthopaedic implant
You suffer from epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, phlebitis in its active phase (inflammation of vein), inflamed tissue through disease or injury or varicose veins in its later stage
You have suffered acute trauma, fracture or are recovering from recent surgery
You have swollen or injured parts of the body
You have diabetes and it effects the sensory perception of your extremities


Do not place the Ab Core Trainer over:

Broken skin, scars, moles or infected areas or parts of the body where normal sensation is limited

Don't know if anyone else noticed this, but literally in the first minute of the show, when introducing the guest (Caroline Sandry) the caption under her name said something in the vicinity of "Easiyo brand ambassador''

Having just turned over to qvc, I thought "oh right, so the tsv is easiyo... hang on, why is she wearing some weird device on her abs"

So is she the easiyo, body tek, both.... they just get anyone who can listen to a product demo for 10 minutes don't they?

edit: That would explain Abi being on there often.

Just had a quick look in time to hear hear Craig Rowe comment that "Charlotte (the model) of course does lots of Bodyblading (why "of course" I've no idea) her and Debbie Flint are the Queens of Bodyblade"..........well one obviously uses it regularly and the other is a liar who obviously hasn't picked it up for years, hence the name Fibby Flint.

Before she was doing easi-yo, Caroline did personal fitness. Just another example!e of QVC being sloppy with their information that they didn't check the caption!

It looks rubbish, with the sticky pads. Anyone tried it and have a good experience?

I bought this contraption (and returned )when it was the TSV last year - it's total rubbish, do not buy! And the reviews were 1 star.
