Harping on so much about an easy pay instalment, as though that’s all you pay overall, that the guest thinks that’s the price. So much so that AY has to correct her. It needs to stop.
 
Even the presenters do you are paying £8.99 or whatever and leave it to the customer to pay attention and notice the on-screen graphics showing the full price! Chloe is the one I notice most doing it.
 
My bugbear is when an item is, say, £40 plus £4.95 P&P on 4 easy pays, and the presenter says "You can get this home for just £10". No we can't!!! To get it home will cost us 50% more! They may mention P&P elsewhere in the presentation but they mislead by spouting the old "get it home for just ...." line in isolation.
