I've noticed for a while now that you can no longer use the "slider" when watching a QVC video to get to a specific point.
For example, I just watched a secateurs video from start to finish, then I wanted to go about 1/2 way back to watch part of it again. But it would only let me start at the beginning. In fact, I could drag the slider along, but it then bounced right back to the beginning every time.
Before I report this to QVC, I would like to know if others get the problem, or whether it is just me.
I am on a laptop, Windows 10, and Edge browser.
