Detective theories aside, I DO think it would be good to have a name for the COO. It would help to make us feel that we are getting a personal service, rather than dealing with a faceless organisation.
 
Yes I remember him also Lexxy wasn't he a manager and did the odd bit of presenting? come on who ever's in the know, pretty please let us know who it is for sure (really pity it isn't Steve A though really liked him)
 
I think it should be up to COO whether or not he wants to introduce himself, but I wasn't familiar with the name, so don't think he was ever 'front of house'. Hope that helps a bit.

What a good idea to do that with Klosblues Highlnad Coo portrait.... you'll be able to think of ME everytime you look at it! ( I rather think Klos is better looking that that beastie! )

I have to say this lady is a star. :YAY: She read my post about possibly being charged twice for my green diamond and was on the case in a flash. I logged into ST this morning to find a pm from her requesting some more details so she could investigate and she pm'd me back this afternoon to confirm that my card has definately only been charged once. :cheer: So big thanks to her and well done Rocks for putting your house in order. :clap: :pPC:

P.S. Please tell me you wear leather trousers too Andrew.....:lock1:
