I think I might have suggested all tsvs should be on easy pay a while back. May tempt me.

they normally only do it from dec 1st to last cut off point but this is different this year but it will help people to budget for tsvs & gifts

im glad they are doing it as TBH at this time of year free postage dont really make much difference when your trying to spread the cost of it all
