I suspect she is having those skin tight knee length jean things removed from her legs. God knows she needs it. I am never comfortable commenting on how somebody dresses, but she doesn't do herself any favours when it comes to trying to stop herself looking stumpy.

Operation for torn cartilage in knee, as a 'writer' I'd have expected her to spell cartilage correctly & start Exeter & Nuffield with capital letters. That's being mean because she'd only just come out of surgery, actually it's not because she still managed to tweet with a selfie, so no excuses.
