I ordered some items from QVC on Friday and they were delivered on Sunday. I then ordered a couple of things on Sunday and have had an email from Hermes saying they will deliver today. If the service was like this all the time I would use QVC more often.

I actually got my last purchase (ordered on a Thursday)delivered on a Saturday which never normally happens here. And he didn't get here until nearly 18.30 so I was pleased he didn't just leave it for another day. But I think all Hermes courier were probably working all hours at that time, what with Black Friday on top of Christmas shopping.

It's actually Hermes who determined wether you get your parcel quick or not, not QVC. On many occasions in the past QVC have shipped the next day, but my parcel would be stuck on "on the way to courier" for days so it would be fingers crossed to when, or if, I got my order at all.
