Looks like PK won on this one against Imedeen, Hairmax & LAB, oh never mind they’ll be around for the next so predictable.:mysmilie_3:

We would rattle if we took all the tablets they are pushing atm. I only have to look at the p&p to put me off buying from qvc.

Is this a good price?

I have a protein poor diet and am anaemic so take protein, iron and biotin. Just wondered if these would work out better.

When I was taking extra supplements I had mine from 'Vitabiotics' they very ofter did three for the price of two, plus free p&p.

This is probably a bit late, so I hope you see it. I don't know if they work, however the PK4 is just soya protein!!!!! So It's probs cheaper (& better) to have a good glass of Soya milk per day, or other good portion of soya protein if you dislike the milk. Soya also has the advantages of lowering bad cholesterol (you must have a big glass daily) & soya contains female hormones so can help with menopause.

The iron & biotin are contained in the trico complex (amongst all the fillers)
Make sure you are getting all the B's & vit D. Eat more eggs (careful if your cholesterol is high)

Disclaimer:The above is not intended to treat any medical disorder. I am not a doctor, so always check with yours.

Hope this helps a little.

Can you eat oats? They provide a surprising amount of protein as well as being a fibre superstar (and it's the very beneficial soluble fibre the British heart foundation talk about for improving cholesterol levels).
