Mr CC lost quite a bit of weight replacing lunch with slim fast (£5 a tin from Boots which lasts ages) so it would seem these things work but the Q one seems a bit dear in comparison. Not for me though, I'd rather replace lunch with a tin of Haribo tangfastics Why AM I so greedy??

No point asking me, I do the same sort of replacements too.

Pringles usually do nicely for me. Or Tesco's Finest fudge. Or a bag of Minstrels...

    Any crisps for me.

I tasted Haribo for the first time last year (67!) and could sort of get addicted to the fried egg gums!

Love crisps. McCoys King Prawn Sizzle are the dogs. I could eat 20 packets one after the other.
