I haven’t got my glasses on please so excuse me.....

But now at 12 midday I would say in my opinion Alison is looking nicer than I’ve seen her in a long time.

Yes she really is!!! I was thinking just the same!!!

I think it is because she was wearing some very well applied Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick!

Actually, I just said that as a joke to wind up maymorganlondon!!!!!!

I saw Ali on TV the other day and thought she looked nice then too. I missed the show today.

Her hair is looking very nice today IMVHO. She is wearing it a bit longer nowadays.

Ali Y can look great, not so good, downright awful but so can we all! I can criticise her for her looks under the banner of ‘Resident Beauty Expert’ but having met her by chance some years ago you would go a long way to find a more down to earth friendly person, she does not irritate me as much as some.

She looks like she has had a make-under. The heavy black liner and mascara toned down along with the less is more shimmerbrick. Fear, not she will no doubt reverse back by tomorrow.

When she has been made up by others she can look really natural and pretty, then left to herself thick black liner and heavy-handed shimmerbrick which do nothing for her.

I think that now she has diversified/repositioned herself on SM/Daily Mail etc she needs to look better & is visiting the super facialists et al that she plugs in return for 'favours'.

I agree she is very friendly and down to earth and imo much better looking in real life...a bit like Debbie flint tbh

I was really more focused on the neaten look of styled hair, smarter clothing and footwear.
To me which on the whole seemed much better of late, than the big shirt go faster stripe jogging bottoms and trainer look.

A Y suffers from hypothyroidism (has been mentioned on here before) and if your thyroid levels.are all.over the place you can feel.awful and it can affect your hair and skin. Maybe at the moment she is stable and able to cope with life, I do hope so knowing myself how it affects your health and body.

I hope so as well. I have quite a debilitating illness myself but it has never drawn me to wear a shapeless green sack like Ali had on the other day/week. She can probably have the pick of the clothes at QVC (not necessarily a good thing!) but I've seen her look a sight. I'm pleased that she is now looking a whole lot better and I hope she's feeling a lot better in herself.

I have Hypothyroidism and take 150mg (have blood taken yearly sometimes it can be 125, 150 or 200) of Throxine every day, have done for the past ten years, it doesn’t affect my dress sense or make-up application in fact, I don’t really feel I have it because Thyroxine controls it so well. One bonus is you get your prescriptions for free and get an NHS exempt card.
