This has been going on for years, and I cannot understand how they've got away with it for so long. Surprising that the hierarchy hasn't clamped down on it before now.

I've got a striped Joules top without a strip in sight. My daughter ordered a top in the colour they said and it was wrong. She rang up and told them and they did the reorder but the wrong one came again. They are ****** hopeless sometimes and if Will does the web he needs a kick up the backside.
