Can one got one or used one of this.

I have limited mobility but really want to tone up.

I get migraines and not sure if this machine will bring them on because of the vibration.

Summer, as a fitness instructor I wouldn't recommend vibration training for anyone who suffers from migraines.

And if you wear a toupee and have migraine you've no chance. I've never really watched any presentations for these. Do they ever mention contraindications? There's quite a list - heart disease and diabetes being the main ones.

My mother gets very severe migraine but had no problem using one. However I would be very cautious.:64:
