Blummin' Refund

I don't know whether anyone can remember the dodgy steam generator I returned a while ago as it burnt your wrist when using it? Well. IW have refunded me, but only the item price and not the p&p. If the item's faulty, shouldn't they refund that as well, or am I hoping for too much?:52:

If an item is faulty, then by law then HAVE to refund your return postage and original postage costs if you ask for them. This is under the Distance Selling Acts.

Of course, I would rather saw my own feet off and bathe the stumps in acid than try to get any decent recourse off IW!!!!! :12:
