Given you can pick up this sort of thing (essentially a copy if the Birkenstock Arizon EVA by the look of it) as a dupe on Amazon for £8.79, they need to get real!

They really do need to take a giant leap of faith and enter the 21st century. Their online order checking and managing facilities would fetch a high valuation on The Antiques Roadshow, and be a perfect virtual exhibit for Wayback Machine. Plus five groats off your first order is an absolute insult to the post-Bronze Age world. Marshall Ward were doing £5 off your first order in my granny's catalogue. And she's been dead since 1978. Other than giving us the collective finger, £5 off is another insult in general to the times we live in and again to their potential customers. The only thing they do seem to be up to date with is what they charge for postage and packing, which is completely in tune with the most expensive and poor value delivery options of 2023.
