No it doesn't. You do not know what conversations happen or have happened in past privately.

Now please time to draw a line. We won't be responding further and we will close this thread if we have to.
Why would the thread be closed - on a 'discussion' forum? Wouldn't that be rather draconian?

I saw the midnight launch and the lady demonstrating said that it is the normal/combination. It is a shame that we were not given the option of the dry cream but the advance night repair serum is very hydrating. I mainly used to use Estée Lauder advance night repair before I was introduced to the Decleor oils on QVC and now I have gone back to the advance night repair due to the fantastic offers on QVC and the demise of Decleor.
Did you avail the TSV, Noni? How have you found the cream?
In reviews, it appears that the ANR has been massively 'watered down' since the earlier days (theme here ) & that the eye products were itchy - I wondered what your thoughts were.....

Threads get closed for a variety of reasons. This is a shopping telly discussion forum, it is shopping telly that gets discussed not how the forum is run.

Any further replies to this thread not about Estee Lauder will be removed and/or thread will be closed.

Hi SisterBliss, the ANR is not as thick as I when it was first launched but that is not a bad thing as I found the original formula took a while to sink in before the next step - it was the power of three back then being the ANR, skin specialist serum and then cream.
I have used the cream before and it absorbs into the skin very well.
I have very sensitive eyes, I have twice a day eye drops, and I had no issues with the eye cream or the ANR eye. I do not take eye products up to the lash line.

Further, up this thread, seems the confirmed it was the oily/combi version in the TSV.

Donna I did see a launch show unsure if 9pm or midnight just heard as I said before the BA just said this cream would be suited to normal combination skin. No mention that it was a cream that was usually available in an options other than normal combination that was available as of that day. I was wondering if at anytime she or anyone else clearly pointed out the TSV option was the a normal combination option of their cream.

Without Sazza this forum simply would not exist.

I will as I have always tried to be since starting ShoppingTelly.com almost 21 years ago.

When I lost my best friend of 30 years and then my partner left me after 6 and a half years because I had changed since my best friend died, I tried to take my own life. I got on a waiting list for my Mental Health, eventually got appointment in March 2020, that turned into a series of 10 minute phone calls. I promised my sister who lives in America that I would not try anything so selfish again. Time does not heal for everyone, I have accepted that but my head remains full and if I am honest life is an existence.

Anyway I didn't make rules on the forum, apart from common sense, I got hated by so many people who work in shopping telly because I don't have rules, but I wanted an honest unbiased place which I hope you will agree this is most of the time.

I have no words that can thank Sazza enough, but as I started this message without her this Forum would not exist.

Graham, what has gone on in your life is something no one should have to go through. No one on here hates anyone (as far as I can see) and there are posts and threads that get heated from time to time. That's life. People will disagree and challenge. We all appreciate your and Sazza's input and running of the forum, however, people won't always go with the flow. I wish you well Graham and for Sazza, I'm sure all of us appreciate you both running this forum but there will be controversial posts from time to time. That's what keeps it interesting and fun! :):)

Sorry to hear this Graham. Hope things improve for you & keep trying with the nhs 'system' & see your Gp regularly. You could try some of the charities like 'Mind' etal. Anything is worth a try.

Thank you Graham for your honesty.
I won’t go into details , due to it being a very close family member, but it hits home more than you know.
