I keep getting this message when I try to get on the QVC web site

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

I`ve googled it but I`m not technical at all so its all going over my head by a mile

Try clearing your cache and then reboot

This error is typically caused by the 'Cookie' header string becoming too long. Deleting the cookies for qvcuk.com should fix it.

It always happens for me when I'm trying to add an OTO to my basket; in time-pressured circumstances I find it's quicker to just open another browser so if I was using Google Chrome I'll switch to Internet Explorer.
