QVC reviews

I was always under the belief that you had to have actually bought and received an item before your review was accepted.I bought the Radley TSV purse the other day and am very pleased with it but looking as the reviews it had 3 stars, one saying they would have bought it & more than one if it had a wrist strap & another if it had a chain strap they would have loved it! Well it never had a chain strap so why order ?but how have such nonsensical reviews got through the so called monitoring process?

nah you dont have to have bought it to leave a review anyone can leave one as most seem to be feedback on why they aint bought it ect but i do agree that you should only be able to review something if youve bought it

excatly i could go on & review tons of items & ive not bought any of them just because i dont like the strap or the contents of a kit & say it could be a shower gel instead of a handwash ect

On Facebook people complaint about things being reviewed by people even before they receive it.

I love this TSV and cannot wait for it to arrive etc. QVC do tend to remove those
