Item Q&A

I've noticed this new feature underneath the description for past week or two which allows QVC customers to post questions about the item -presumably hoping for a reply. I've yet to see an answer posted; though I haven't been looking very closely. Has anyone seen an answer posted?

Also I've just noticed that anyone can post an answer. I first thought it would be QVC who'd respond to the Qs, but apparently anyone can answer.

Sorry if this is old news...I'm not very quick on the uptake sometimes...here's the T&C for posting Q&A http://answers.qvcuk.com/answers/1690/content/guidelines.htm Do you think it'll catch on? I'm sceptical.

I have also noticed the Q&A , but have never seen any questions answered, I thought it was only to be answered by QVC,maybe other people are thinking the same.:wave:

I've never seen any answers to the questions either. I have also tried to post a question, but I couldn't get it to work.

I answered a question on a Bare Escentuals product - possibly the last TSV? and it got published.
