Excellent Customer Service

I ordered an item way back in May, but it was out of stock so I was on waitlist. It never came back into stock, so I resigned myself that it wasn't meant to be. Checking back on the website last week, I saw that it was back in stock BUT over £10 more expensive. I emailed CS and they said I could have it at the original price and even let me still have it on easy pay. Can't ask for any more than that! Really pleased :mysmilie_59::mysmilie_59:

Good result! I have to say I have always found CS very helpful.

I've always found QVC customer services to be good too - unlike a couple of online retailers whom I have used recently who were the pits.
