So, I ordered this set from Q over a fortnight ago.

Obviously it never turned up, so after a few phone calls to Q which was no help at all, I decided to bite the bullet and contacted The Tea Shed directly.
Another parcel turned up the day after. Excellent CS from them. Incidentally, I was still waiting for Q to send me the non receipt letter.
Anyway the letter turned up yesterday. No pre-paid envelope enclosed either, so I rang Q to ask if the customer is expected to pay for an envelope and stamp to declare that we haven't received a parcel from them?
They've credited me £2.00 by way of an apology.
The tea set is good though, only bought is for a few stocking fillers. If you know any tea-drinkers, I totally recommend it.
