HI Cupcake im here lol, I have just had a email from John ackroyd to say he is investgating where my goods have got to, so am now writing back to inform him they have arrived. Dont think it will make any difference do you about informing him of the bad shopping experience I have had to endeveour.

as for the IJoy ride OMG yes yes yes its fab I love it! You can really feel it in your tummy. i was going to cut grass today but its raining so I thought right get on my little horse!!!

Good idea. As long as it is not got the words "Ideal" and "world" in it! I am still very annoyed about the service, but I should calm down now as the goods are here.

That's great news! Glad it was worth the wait. Even though your goods have arrived, I would still ask him to look into why they took so long to be delivered, and why IW didn't state on air/when you placed the order that there would be a considerable delivery delay, especially as they took half the money immediately! Good luck

I have received a email back from Ideal world apologising. but I won't be shopping with them again!
