    FDJ jeans!

Sparkly bits on jeans aren't my choice either but "chaq'un a son gout", as they say. I agree with you that M&S jeans are great....except they don't fit me because of my shape. One of the problems with trousers is that many manufacturers don't get the idea that taller women (even slim ones)...

Stephanie Weightman to leave Create & Craft

Now THERE'S the kettle calling the pot black. Look at some of your own replies before criticising mine. The point is that C&C is NOT there to "help crafters develop their skills" it is there to sell product, full stop, and any tuition is given as an adjunct to this. It is there as a means to...

just ignores my complaint, what should i do next?

Actually, an email to David Peck usually produces almost instant results. If I have a problem I go straight to him and ignore CS [email protected]

    Julie?

Waiting for a call to send me heading for the hills and not wanting to get too bogged down in anything, I was idling away the afternoon watching Friday Fashion. It suddenly occurred to me that I hadn't seen the mature plus-size model called Julie, who used to do the same sort of shows as Lynne...

    Laura Geller tsv just arrived!

SPF only really suitable for winter. Even on cloudy days in summer you need higher protection than that

    Weird fish

Just turned on and got a close-up of the "macaroni" half zip textured sweatr and thought I was watching a "Cotton Traders" presentation until I clocked the price. Lands End used to do something similar too. I loved the cherry (?) red linen mix dress - beautifully cut but like most of QVC's...

    EasiYo TSV?

I'm sure I've heard the Qvc presenters say there are one or two flavours that are exclusive to them. I can only get Easiyo sachets at Lakeland. Holland and Barrett are supposed to stock them by the sachet but tht is a very expensive way of buying them.

    EasiYo TSV?

I use a lot of yoghourt and I like Easiyo. It isn't a hassle. It only takes as long as it takes the kettle to boil and certainly easier than getting out the car and flogging round Tesco. The only rider I would put on it is that if you like bland over-sweet commercial yoghourt you may not like...

Are QVC breaking the refund rules under Distance Selling Regs?

I think you will find that the 7 days commence at the point of ordering not when the goods arrive on your doorstep. You have to notify the seller in writing within the seven days of your change of mind and return the goods unopened as soon as they arrive. This legislation first saw the light of...

QVC No Quibble Money Back Guarantee .... as long as you don't send too much back

The point is that goods which are sold and then returned cannot be put back into the warehouse and re sold as they are legally not new. They may be sold in an outlet store as "returns" but often the price in the outlet doesn't cover the cost of the item so the company is losing money.

QVC No Quibble Money Back Guarantee .... as long as you don't send too much back

I wonder what percentage of returns counts as too many and I also wonder if it is triggered by the reason for the return eg"Changed mind". I return quite a few things for various reasons including things I don' t like when I see them in the flesh but I never use "Changed mind" as the reason.
