i placed an order on 23rd April which still hasn't appeared. the account info on their website is just weird as it's gone from delivery expected 1 May, but today has changed to delivery expected 30 April ! do they have a time machine?! i really should know better than to order from IW, but...

even more reason for them to have the relevant company number on their website then if there's more than 1. i only looked at coloured rocks ltd as that's what it says at the bottom of the gemstv site. not exactly transparency is it? i haven't shopped with GemsTV for years & only tried Rocks...

i can't find a registered company number detailed on gemstv website, by law, there should be one there. if they are under the umbrella of coloured rocks ltd, company no. 06365402, then something definitely seems a little amiss - their latest set of accounts for the period to 31.03.10 should have...

i've bought it from here before, always worth having a look around before spending money at IW (or anywhere else!)

i had the overwhelming desire to do physical harm to 'something' after i'd watched a few mins of her last night, constant interrupting & talking over the guest in her very LOUD voice - argh!

nope! tjc email received on Weds to advise the order had shipped, it's just sat at the HDNL depot since then! :wonder: the tjc email/text did advise delivery on or before Monday, so i guess Monday it will be...

thanks girls :up: i had a minor panic after i'd posted here, i went to checkout after the hour had ended - & my basket was empty! i emailed tjc & said i must have done something wrong as i hadn't ordered for so long. they replied very quickly, said he could 'see' the 3 items in my basket, just...

ah! i remember seeing some of this at the time, i started this thread too as i was very bemused at what was going off?! i presume they said something before they started that it was all to do with top model, that i'd obviously missed...

i 'think', providing you notified them within 7 days that you wished to cancel your order under the distance selling regs, you'd be entitled to a refund of the original p&p. there's a recent thread in the QVC section that gives a lot more info on this.

what exactly does the phrase 'does not affect your statutory rights' mean then?? surely, under distance selling regs, providing they aren't opened/worn etc., they'd have to accept them back for a refund? i definitely heard a presenter saying non-returnable when i was flicking thru' yesterday...

i know you're asking this in the QVC section, but i'll be getting another of these (black/smoke option) when mine runs out, you can smudge it then it 'sets' & lasts really well (even there after swimming!). the shadow is pretty long lasting too.

after reading some of the recent comments about rejected reviews etc i was quite surprised to hear pipa say last night - all reviews welcome, positive or negative, it's all done by an outside company & we don't play any part in the system at all... hmmm!?!?
