Im not sure tbh but Alison has a section about her weight loss on her instagram. She says what it helps with and how it has helped her to lose 2 stone. One of the things she says is that it reduces sugar cravings.

If you look at Alisons Instagram she says she has been taking metabolic gold in conjuction with less eating and has lost 2 stone. She is looking great.

Thats right, she does, or did, the selly telly thing alongside her working job.

If true I sadly dont think it will be with Rosa. She commented to someone on X or Instagram last week that she no longer works for yankee. Obviously sticking with the bears 😊

Well Ive been with QVC from day one - first purchase was from diy with Harry Greene - a pipe/cable/electricity detector thing. I said years ago I wouldn’t buy from QVC again as p&p too high and on every purchase!! I relent occasionally if its free p&p and good value. Ive not had any discount...

Is it just me who thinks this 30 years of joy is total s””t. I thought there would be funny throw backs, bloopers etc but no. Just highlights how joyless qvc is now compared to then, imo😊
