Recently had two lots of primulas sent in dreadful state from plants to garden contacted them directly with photos did not even get a reply contacted qvc a got full refund

She really is a pain in the rear end

Just received primulas from plants to garden and found them all over the inside of box not well packed to take care of the throwing about they get on transit puts you off post plants

not only the cost of p@p but 7to 10 days delivery is way to long
