I feel heartily sorry for the staff, but is anyone surprised? Management has bulldozed through, refusing to listen to their customers. It's a risky tactic in healthy financial times; absolutely suicidal in the current climate.

At the minute, they're coming under fire for much of their operation. I think they need to get that right, before they diversify. Much better to do one thing well, than loads of things badly.
